So many things happening lately updates still seem slow, but the bikes are getting closer. Shooting for a late March finishing date, but in reality we'll never be finished. We are constantly upgrading our tools and hopefully our skills. I purchased pipe plans for the RD400 from Vanguard Cycles, of course the patterns are only the first step, cutting and rolling all the pieces has proven to be a tough skill to master, but we are learning a lot and it certainly gives us an appreciation of the talent and time it takes to create 2-stroke pipes. We purchased a slip roll from summit racing to handle the rolling of the cones and 20+ header pieces that will make up these pipes. Stay tuned for more updates as we get the patterns back from the laser cutter. Well now for a "few" photos of our collective work...

Cutting the patterns out is tedious work, we are using a laser cutter for the final pipes but we wanted to do it the hard way by hand first, it's hard.
